Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We do not accept returns. However, as a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the item does not match its described condition.
Please note that all products are vintage or secondhand and may show signs of wear.

When reaching out, kindly include a detailed description of the issue, along with your order number and any relevant documentation.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or public holidays.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
If a package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be charged for the shipping costs.
